Being raised in a family devoted to the service of the divine and their fellowmen in the society, Ms. Kaur, at a very young age, resolved to empower countless lives like hers. Completing her education as a Post Graduate in Clinical Psychology, she went on to pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology in her further studies.
In the early phase of her career, while discharging her duties as a Psychologist, she felt a deep need to reform Mental Health Services as well as empower even those serving in the field of mental health. It was then, that she met Mr. Rajesh Singh as her Facilitator of Clinical Hypnotherapy and she never looked back. From Co-founding India’s first Multi-Modality Holistic Healing Centre, Antarmann Holistic Studio in Lucknow, to starting Happiness SOULutions, for training efficient therapists and coaches, who themselves find a space to heal, share and grow as they work to serve their nation;
Ms Kaur’s determination defied geographical boundaries even in the adverse conditions of the pandemic, as she went on to spread the light and established branches of the organisation, along with Mr. Singh, across India and UAE.
Through her journey, she has remarkably achieved momentous, promising results with Psycho-Somatic Ailments in Women like PCOS, Fertility issues, Thyroid etc. among others, while helping her clients towards achieving a balanced Yin-Yang to fare well across all spheres of their life.
Her nurturance, coupled with her unshakable spirit when it comes to empowering lives beyond the limits of geographical and social boundaries, is as precious to us as it is to the society which craves for people like her who fearlessly chase after what strikes a cord within them.
